Here's a full list of sizes for each product.. Please drop us a message through here using the 'CONTACT US' page. Doing this will ensure you're recieving your products at the lowest cost. A PayPal link will then be sent your way with correct amount due. If you're unhappy ordering that way, then please head to our Etsy Shop - KiKi&CoPet. You can then check out securly, although prices are slightly increased.
WASHING
We reccomend washing accessories on a cool / 40 degree machine wash and then leave to airdry for best results. Your can then run a cool iron over products to bring them back to life! *If purchasing a bandana with any vinyl printing then DO NOT iron over printing as this wall cause the vinyl to melt.
POST&PROCESS TIME
We aim to get all Bandanas and Bows made up and posted within 3-5 days and any Clothing made up and posted within 7-14 days. Although, a lot of the time our products are made up and sent out before this time, please just bare this in mind when ordering. If your order total (minus postage) is equal to or more than £15, your order will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Otherwise, will be sent out second class. *Please note- we currently only post in and around the UK.
RETURN/EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are accepted if contact is made within 24 hours of recieving item. Items must be returned in new condition. Exchanges will not be sent out until return is recieved. Please note- the customer is responsible for all applicable postage fees for any packages returned to sender.
